About Janice

Janice Marion is Co-Founder of Marion Consulting, LLC. When we started our business in 1979 she wore the many hats typical of a start-up business owner, from answering phones to clerical to accounting to marketing support. But in 1982 she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of our “Family”! 

As COO she took a sabbatical from her “day-job” to focus on her most important 24/7 role of raising four awesome kids, volunteering her time and considerable talents on the PTA, fund raising for the private school, community association, Church activities and Board Member for Mission Hospital patient & family advocacy board.

 

Now as an “empty-nester” with four awesome adults raised and off chasing their respective dreams, Janice is back at Marion Consulting and has assumed the title of CRM – Chief Relationship Manager.  Having had the opportunity to get to know many of our clients and their families,  Janice is in a unique position to understand the changing needs of our clients and their evolving families, while the technical planners remain focused on strategy, implementation and collaboration.

Janice’s true passion is cooking for friends and family (and occasionally small groups of several hundred people), as well as her gardening and passion for Roses. Residing in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband & co-founder and little dog Elvis.
